Sheryl Brown (“Sherry”) concentrates her legal practice in the areas of civil rights, labor and employment law, professional liability and commercial litigation. For thirty-five years, she has focused her career on the successful resolution of employment law and civil rights claims from inception at the administrative level through litigation and trial. She has had remarkable success at all levels by applying her expertise in initial analysis, investigation, and litigating. These skills and hard work have resulted in favorable determinations and verdicts in civil rights and employment law for Title VII claims stemming from alleged race, religion, ethnicity, disability, and retaliation claims, and §1983 First, Fourth, Eighth and Fourteenth Amendment claims.

Sherry’s extensive litigation experience extends throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in both State and Federal Courts, having tried cases in the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania along various Courts of Common Pleas including Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester and Montgomery Counties. She also pursues an appellate practice arguing before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and submitting various petitions to the United States Supreme Court. On an administrative level, she has experience before the EEOC, PHRC, Labor Relations Board, HUD and the DOJ. This is in addition to representing individuals and businesses in contract disputes, real estate issues and general litigation.
