Possession of MDMA In Pennsylvania
Possessing MDMA in Pennsylvania is punishable by a maximum of five years in state prison. To be found guilty of possession of MDMA, the government must prove that the accused:
- Knowingly or intentionally possessed MDMA
Was not licensed to possess MDMA
